How does a needle detector actually work? How does a pair of denim which has so many metal components pass the needle detection before packing?

The needle deduction machine is working by based on Elector magnetic system, The sensitive of the machine is tuned by manual key which is rise or decrease of machine sensitive.
We have change to pass the metal-component when the machine sensitive is low than identification level or the garment will pass to packing by without check!
Every 4-hour once we can check/ensure the calibration of the machine by passing of metal through the machine!

Atul check your denims/any branded garment their we are using in these garments non ferrous metal accessory & needle detector actually works on steel/iron contained metal parts... |
